The E46 doesn't have enough torque for those kind of numbers, let alone the rubber to lay down the power. Vipers and Porsche Turbos and Ferraris that have the HP and Torque and tires to get those numbers. I expect low 5 seconds for 0-60. The Euro M3 right now has 320 HP and it is not much faster than the US M3.
