My son has a non"body-worked" Honda Civic Si and its a VERY nice car. It is quick and agile and responsive. And when the VTEC kicks in, it feels and sounds like a Formula 1 car. However, it is not more "involving" to drive than my '97 ///M3! First off, it's FWD, and you simply can't drive a FWD car the same as a RWD car with almost perfect weight distribution. And a 90 HP difference can't be compensated for by simple "bodywork"

Bottom line, they are both great cars, but they appeal to totally different markets.

Now, the NSX on the other hand...
