I can't remember where I read that but it was about a month ago. However, since then, Bruce said that the project was scrapped due to Rover losing a truckload of money.

The story seems to have started when Bernd Pischetsrieder was talking about building a car in the spirit of the original 2002. I wish they would build it though.

: WAM was talking about a new BMW 2002 sceduled for release in 2002. Does anyone know anything about this car? It sounds interesting to me.
