: I saw on Bloomberg that Rover will lose more money in 1999 than they did in 1998. Thru the first 2 quarters of 1998 Rover lost $150 Million, the the same 2 quarters of 1999 Rover lost $1 Billion. The plant that produces the new Rover 75 (which was supposed to be introduced in early Jan 1999 but didn't appear until late summer) was producing ZERO cars the first half of 1999.
