Yes E46. Projected base MSRP is 35k. WIll NOT have the E46 M3 enging, but I am not sure what the engine will be. I DO know there will be an additional engine added to US lineup of 2.5L, 3L, M3 but I am not sure what the specs are or what car (I am guessing 275ish hp going in the M compact).
