The million dollar question Phil that often stirs things up because no one "knows" the price yet. I was told by my dealer that the base price will be just under 45k with the car running about 50k with most options. Most dealers are selling at sticker price and will be for quite a while. Regarding Euro delivery, refer to the posts below. I don't believe there is any money to be saved.

: I just discovered this forum, so forgive my newby status and the possibility that this has been discussed. I had an e36 M3 which I totalled. I bought an e46 328i since I needed a car quickly. Really a nice car, but devoid of power commpared to my old M3 (which had Euro HFM and Conforti chip). I just took the plunge and put refundable deposit on E46 M3. My dealer suggested pricing would be similar to E36--is that the case or does anyone know any specifics? Naturally he stated that it would be for sticker price due to high demand for the car. Any details on Euro delivery--how much can you save and can it be done for the M3?
