: than stock. It was slight, I know but isn't it possible that the displacement of the PTG car could be a bit smaller than the production E46 M3. I know that F1 cars use a VERY short stroke in order to make HIGH rpms. Maybe this is the case with the PTG car.

Comarign the PTG site and bmw.com...bore on the PTG car is 86.35 vs 86.4 (probably bmw site rounded up).
