you meant he tire pressure monitoring system that the M5 has in Europe? They are monitors inside the wheel that transmit the tire pressure to a unit inside the car. It can give you a heads up when the tire pressure might be getting low. A good feature since the M5 doesn't have a spare tire and no run flats. Too bad they don't put it on the US cars.
