increase. From what they say on the S4 board, that gets you to about a 5.0-5.1 to 60mph. With a AWD car that is not earth shattering. I would also say you will have to drop at least $5k into the S4 to equal the M3's handling and tires/wheels (likely 18"). If they have big brakes, they would be one other area the S4 falls short. I think people will pay the difference if they already love BMW's and want a 2 sport coupe vs. a 4 door.
