The thing that will control the increase in base price of the E46 M3 will be the engine. Since it's no longer based on a modified 2.8 US engine and it won't really be based on the much more expensive E36 euro engine...it's gonna fall somewhere in between. I'm guessing based on the little info that I have received from reliable sources that the car will base price at $44-45K. Probably will include leather, cruise, power seat, seating wheel radio/phone controls, etc...options will likely be sunroof (1050), nav (2000), phone(1500-2000), xenons (500), etc...
