decision: HAMANN 330CI OR NEW M3 (archive)

I'm waiting for the 330ci, I'm also looking at getting Hamann bodykit+ Hamann 5stars rims(18 or 19 inchs)+ suspension mods+ chip, exhaust, intake.

Do you guys think that the 330ci with all this mods will cost as much as the M3?

What should I do? I think that the 330ci is OK for winter here in Canada, but I won't be able to drive the M3 in winter, I usually ride my motorcycles in the summer.
