>> Now let's assume BASE price is $42-45k. What do you guys think options will be and how much will they run for an M3?
Also, what things do you think will be standard on it?<<

Hmmm...

Standard: Power everything, sport seats, split folding rear seats, cruise control, basic 4-funciton OBC, aerodynamics package, 6-speed (I hope), DSC, anti-theft/central locking, basic non-CD changer audio system, Xenons (I hope not -- rather have that as an option).

I'll guess options will be:
Sunroof $950
Nav system $1500
Power seats and /or heated seats $800 (for both items)
Some kind of upholstery option (if leather is standard, a cloth/suede or 2-tone option) $1000
Upgraded audio system $800
Park distance $400
Wing $400
Wheel choices $1000

Very close to the the E36, I guess. There's a few more options on the 328, sport/luxury packages, wood and metal trims, rain-sensing wipers (whoo-wee!), but M3s are a little better equipped...
