was tempted to drop my $ money down on the Fixed Roof Z06 coming out in August. This is going to be one serious automobile, even though I'm not really thrilled with the Fixed Roof model.

Its going to have approx 400hp, special seats, rear brake coolers behind the doors, front wire mesh inserts in the nose, side kenards on the nose
(however you spell it), red brake calipers, 17 x 9.5's in the front and 18 x 10.5's in the rear, new tranny, suspension, heads, exhaust, different gauges, Z06 badges on the front fenders, 6 spd only, going to be around $50k (very limited) my dealer wants $3k over sticker ($9k over for yellow). Its hush info right now, but the owner of the dealer is on the Corvette Council (goes to the plant for meetings)- so he's in real tight with them. Its shipping the 3rd week of July.
