DINAN upgrade for 97 sedan automatic (archive)

I was wondering if anyone known how much horsepower and torque if I was to have cold air intake and software upgrade and tran software upgrade? DINAN is a very respective name for BMW but I heard alot of people have these upgraded and they say you can't realy feel the different from stock. So it is worth to get these upgrade? Need some advise thank!
