I got the software upgrade and the high flow cold air intake on a 328isA and there really isn't too much speed increase, but the power curve is alot fatter; Off-the-line time is decreased and I get more power at lower RPM. Looking back on it I should have saved the money... could have been my deposit on the E46 M3 :-) send me email if you have more questions.
