Occam, sorry to hear about that poor experience below. Personally, BMW NW and Bellevue both failed in service, new orders, and product knowledge.
Continually looking for service and appropriate pricing. Seattle has been fine on all accounts.
Never double checked to see where I was on the M3 list.
