I didn't say the M3 is bad ! Yes I do care about a spare tire (it all depends on your experience not having one out there when you realy need one....) When I said not sophisticated I meant that the new M3 engine is nothing NEW. It's pretty much the same engine as the old euro M3. Yes, the euro 3.2L M3 engine is very good piece of engineering but still an old engine !...
I am an enthuisiast believe it or not (I drive BMW since I have a driver license..now over 14 years) ! I love almost every single piece of my current BMW and I wish I could own (or at least drive) certain BMWs I know I can't have.
Unfortunately I am not 'Bill Gates' who doesn't know how much money he just made in the last five munutes. Price is an issue for me, maybe not for you...so I look very close before I buy.
And when you pass me I will say "..great car.." but than I will continue enjoying my car !!!

: You pretty much just summed it up yourself. You don’t like the car cause it doesn’t have a spare? Are you kidding. Oh yeah screw that Ferrari F50 it does not have a spare… If you were a “True” BMW enthusiast you would know already why someone would buy a M3 and not a 328 or 330. Let me guess you wouldn’t buy it if it didn’t have 4 cup-holders either… Go and get your 330 and I’ll be sure to wave as I pass you. You say that its not “sophisticated” enough? Do you really know what type of engineering development needs to go into an engine to have over 100hp/L? Its like those who ask "Why do you need a car with 500hp?" If you have to ask, then you’ll never understand. So enjoy your 330 it will make a fine "sporty" sedan.
