First of all I've been to the M factory outside of Munich but I'll give Bruce the benefit of the doubt since its been a few years. Anyway I was told by a reliable source, gosh who might that be Dean, that BMW is going to limit the production on all M cars & the Z8 from now on so as to not "flood" the market with these cars & make them more desirable so as to not establish them as common as the NA M3 was. I know your response will be that BMW was impressed themselves with how many M3's they sold in NA but that is also the reason to cut back & make them more limited & saught after.

Lets also be a little more realistic Dean, you & I are lucky enough to handle the extra cost of this car where alot of people on this list probably will have a tougher time swallowing 50K+.
Another reason to limit the car.
