: If it was an American made vehicle I could understand seeing one in a remote location for testing purposes. But a foreign made car being driven on the city streets in the US with still six months before it is available to buy? In Beverly Hills? Nice place for a fender bender while shopping for some Gucci shoes!
: I would think that the one or two new M3s that BMW will have at any of the car shows in the next few months will be protected, guarded and not driven on the city streets of the US.
: Are you sure of what you thought you saw?

: : in Beverly Hills, driving on Melrose Ave. It was all white with the BMW badge taped over and the side vents were also covered with black tape. No M3 badge either. It had a California dealer plate. I pulled up next to the driver in my 99 328i and gave him a thumbs up. Has anybody seen one of these babies elsewhere on the road?
