I think you are headed in the right direction, I have an MBA in Finance and work for Ford in Detroit(Proud owner of a 2000 M-Roadster). My passion for cars combined with strong technical skills has doubled my starting salary in less than four years. However, I do want to say that if you do what you love, the money will follow! I am very blessed to have a passion for my career! E-commerce Marketing is the wave of the future. I am beginning a Post-Graduate Executive training program in fall, and have been told to expect a high six figure salary upon completion. Think E-Commerce and remain flexible!! Good Luck!
