I would agree with some of the previous posts. Let passion follow money not money follow passion. Do something you like, yes, but spend some time building up a few skills while you are at it. You can afford to spend time in a job that you do not have a passion for as long as your are learning something. Seek to build up your portfolio, so to speak. Once you have a few tools in your bag of tricks, then you can afford to cut loose. FYI 95 ///M3/2 (fifth beemer) Also owned 2002, 2-3.0cs, and a 2800cs. 50 years old, four kids, wife and a minivan.
