Don't get me wrong, the supra has great bang for buck performance. I don't think it can stack up to some of japans other cars. The supra just seems like it is a low class car. Its looks are very boy racerish, not very classy. Sure looks are a personal opinion, but I think most people agree with me. It looks wild, but not the type of thing that will ever be considered a classic. As for your statement that it outperforms all other japanese cars, I don't think so. The supra weighs 3400lbs, and makes the driver more of an observer than the NSX. The nsx puts you more in harmony with the car. Don't know to much about the skyline, but it gets great reviews from all the forign magazines. Then theres the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo, the Subaru Impreza(various turbo models), mazda rx-7. Defidently wouldn't say the Supra is the king of Japan.
