Even though drag racing is not something I take very seriously, I've heard a lot of stories about the surprised faces after the E36 M3 would run a high 13 at the track, and how all the spectators ask "What the hell car is that?".

I am definately going to have a good time at the track with this car, both auto-x/road course and every so often the local drag strip. My friend has a '67 Chevelle which he just got sponsored and is going to run in the Super Street class this year. He runs high tens @ ~130mph right now.

Anyways, I wonder if slicks can get us into high 12s? That would be very cool, a stock sports sedan running high 12s! Look out vipers, with a little tweaking, we could be on your tails!

I am extremely excited about this car. I've got an 11 month wait ahead of me, but I know that it will DEFINATELY be worth it. Can't wait.
