Mark - no offense, but I don't think it's fair for you to criticize BMW for developing the nav system like every other car manufacturer out there. Telling them to "get with it" over something as trivial as NAV makes me roll my eyes, to be honest.

I could honestly give a damn if nav was an option or not on the M3, the concept of all these unncessary computer components seem to make the M3 stray further away from the car it should be. The nav is a bit of a stretch, but nonetheless, I will probably get it on mine. However, whatever way they decide to stick it in there is fine with me, I'm not going to yell at them for it.

If we're going to make requests, I've got one: BMW - make the E46 M3 significantly better in every aspect of performance than it's E36 euro-spec predecessor. Do that, and I'll be happy.
