I think you might have a bitch of time getting this car through customs, but here's what I would suggest you do. Buy a 323ci in the color you like in the U.S. and then ship the car to Hartge. Hartge can do the whole conversion and then ship the car back. Boat ship takes longer, but is fairly cheap and air ship is quick but expensive. I have sent our racecar both ways. If you want, I can take care of the whole transaction through my contact, Mary Hartge, Herbert's wife. Leave me you or your friends email address and I will email you.
