: I could honestly give a damn if nav was an option or not on the M3, the concept of all these unncessary computer components seem to make the M3 stray further away from the car it should be. The nav is a bit of a stretch, but nonetheless, I will probably get it on mine. However, whatever way they decide to stick it in there is fine with me, I'm not going to yell at them for it.
: If we're going to make requests, I've got one: BMW - make the E46 M3 significantly better in every aspect of performance than it's E36 euro-spec predecessor. Do that, and I'll be happy.

Marcus:
I appreciate your opinoins/comment on the 'performance' aspects of the car, but in purchasing 3 BMW's already, I think I have a right to voice ANY issue to BMW and that message was focused on 1 singular issue:
The dash CD slot.
As much as I truly enjoy performance/handling in my cars, I happen to really love music as well while I drive.
I dont know why you focused so much on the NAV issue in your reply, it was not the jist of my gripe. I only said that if the car is gonna have the NAV, they need to change the dash configuration to capacitate an in-dash CD slot and add 10/12 disc changers.
We all have our own comments/opinions/ideas, etc... thats why this is all so subjective. We each have a picture in our minds of what the perfect car should be, but as a loyal BMW customer who is young and gonna buy alot more cars, I voiced one of mine.
Take care guy, thnx for the input. Mark ~
