Euro delivery cars used to "bonus" cars for teh dealership. The only way BMW looked down on dealers selling Euro delivery cars was if they were not selling all of their regular allotment. From what I have been told this has changed and dealers are unwilling to do Euro delivery because the margins are lower. So, if a dealer tells you Euro delivery is not offered it is most likely they are unwilling to do it beacuse they can make more money on a US delivered car.

Also, I sort of answered you question but here is a direct answer: wherever the line is now, it will be the same for Euro or US delivery...sorry.
