im in australia and leasing is always cheaper because of the balloon payment at the end. is that not how your leases work over there?

: I just want to let everybody know that I love Bimmers just as much as you all. Affording my current e36 m3 is a hassle, maybe not so much for some of you richer folks, I am just 21 years old. The olnly way for me to have an M-vehicle is through the lease. I am looking forward to testing the new m3 but I just can'e see myself paying at least 700 a month for it. I am only paying about 520 for my 99 m3. What do you guys think? I mean after all they are great cars but don't think that they arent three series'. just my Opinion.
