lease, or around $6K-7k out of pocket. The Mcoupe leases for about $550 a month with around $3500 out of pocket for 36 months- and those are discounted. The dealers are going to put a really shit*y bank rate on the car (like they do all desireable vehicles) and at sticker price- I will almost guarantee that it will be approximate to my post below.

The 99 M3's were $550/month with $3500 out of pocket, and the dealers were looking to move them.

But who knows, maybe there are some dealers in the sticks that will be glad to work up the car at a reasonable rate- nowhere near the big cities though.

Also, try getting a $48K Boxster S or a CLK430 for $600 a month with minimal out of pocket costs- it isn't going to happen, well not now anyway.
