so take your taxes out, and your at around $730 (give or take)- so minimum $3k out of pocket (taxes, first payment)- leaving out the bankfee, I don't think Benz uses SD's (not sure). And I'm assuming this is a 36-39 month lease (usually MB program lengths).

So all in all, its a typical lease for a very desireable automobile.
