Good news, BMW just posted another interview with Gerhard Richter and Siegfried Friedman about the production of the E46 M3. They are building the car at Regensburg, engines built in Munich and installed at Regensburg. Said that production time is 6 weeks from order to delivery. Lots of great info about what went into the design of the car, not a whole lot of specs but definately fun to read and just wet my whistle for one. From what it sounds like though, it is ready to go, why is the production date so late, my dealer told me Nov.
