I have heard of some early M5's selling for $100k, and they are still getting almost 79K at the auctions (New York)- at least they were last month.

I could definitely see M3's going for $5K-$10k over whatever the MSRP is going to be. There will always be extra cars for the folks willing to fork over extra $$$ for instant gratification.

Yes, dealers have been accepting deposits for some time- actually, most dealers around me are sold out for the first year (assuming nobody cancels).
