I have a new sport wagon and want stuff as big a wheel tire combo under it. I prefer to stay away from 19's as I believe they will bend often with such a low profile tire, 18's should be big enough. I don't mind rolling the fenders. Most tuners recommend 18x8 or 8.5 with 235's but I have friend with this size and they look wimpy, they also look like they could use a 1" spacer to fill the fenders. Despite the critics I was able to fit 17 x 8.5's with 245/40's all around on my 318ti-m3turbo with little trouble. Why not 265/30-18 or 245/40-17's all around on the E-46?? Anyone Try??
