I talked to my dealer this week about the "sneak preview" on the BMWUSA site, which stated at the bottom "color shown is not available in USA". This looks like silver. Actually it is "Liquid Mercury" which is NOT available in the USA because all repairs to the paint have to be done at the factory and it is obviously impractical to ship the car to Munich. However, titanium silver will be available in the USA.
