You can now pick up an M5 for sticker at some dealerships on the East Coast on the floor. I was looking around on the BMW website and found a dealership in Mass (I think it was called Peabody but don't quote me) and they had TWO yes two M5's on the lot for sale both at sticker one Carbon Black one Silver, and the car is still in it's first year of production. The X5 is the same way. You may not find what you want at your local dealership but somewhere in the United States you will find what you are looking for on the showroom floor a little bit after introduction. Good Luck...
