My M5 was keyed at Fairfax BMW (archive)

My car got keyed in the middle of the afternoon at Fairfax BMW, when I was picking up some supplies there. The scratch is 3 inches long,all the way down to the primer. I am PISSED, and I want to kill the person who did it, or beat them severly with a bat. I used a variety of different polishes, and abrasives. I bought my M5 from VOB BMW, so they may have noticed the VOB license frames. I am going to call my dealer to see what they can do about it. Has this ever happened to anyone? How much doe repair cost? I am going to contact the manager at Fairfax. Any suggestion what to say.
