Just talked to a dealer who said that no (more) (archive)

dealer knows how many 2001 M3s they are going to get and as such can't tell me about when I would be able to get one. I told him that I talked to another dealer who said that I could see one in March if I gave a deposit now and he said that there is no way anyone could say something like that... is he full of sh*t or what? I would like to get my name on a list and have one by March (give me some time to save a little more money), but I don't want to put my name down without at least knowing what month I will see the car. Thanks.
