Just keep in mind that the Z06 is much lighter (~300lbs), is lower with wider tires, and supposedly will hit the 1.0 g mark. The M3 will not be able to match that, even with better steering feel and balance. My money would be on the Z06 in a race between comparable drivers on any course. If that was all that mattered, we'd all be buying corvettes, but things like quality and feel push me towards the M3. I still may wait it out though and see what they do with the engine...3.4L I6? 4.0L V8? Who knows, but the 3.245L I6 wont hold up against the competition for too long.
