You say that you went after these guys. Did they push the car at all? Did they play around on the road? Did they seem fast?

As I mentioned, they were basically cruising around looking for a place to park. Thing with Sausilito is, there are tons of tourists about, driving haphazardly isn't the smartest thing to do. It was only when car2 dropped behind car1 after a few stoplights and stopsigns that he stepped on the gas a bit. Nothing extravagently fast but the car just took off from me and suddenly you hear that wonderful note.

Life as a test driver must be hard. ;)
