The euro MZ3 does not outperform the euro E36M3. Many european and Australian side by side performance tests have shown this. If you are talking pure unadulterated FUN!!!! then maybe it is different.

The MZ3 is lighter, but loses in structural rigidity, traction and handling.

So where is your logic that the upgrade in chassis, rigidity, suspension, handling of the E46 M3 is somehow going to make it worse?

However, I commiserate, you poor Yankees have never felt the mmmpower. Soon you are going to get your brains blown out the back of your head. Forget the crap about USA being "close" to euro spec M engines. I have driven both, and when I went to the states and drove an ""M3"" it was like driving a pale comparison.

WAIT and you WILL receive!
