You’ve seen one in Annapolis, and apparently one was also spotted in Potomac - I live across the bridge in McLean and will carry a camera with me. I wonder how these cars can be here without the dealers knowing about them? Surely there is no “testing” purpose (unless they are testing the driver’s patience when behind someone going 55 in the left land lane on the beltway) here in this crowded area. Any thoughts on the areas one can most “logically” expect to see one around here? Maybe Summit Point....?

Spotted a burgundy M3, black wheels, black tailpipes, no badges around 12:30 pm. Just beat me through the light...curses! Looked sweet.
