...so a lot depends on where you live. Georgia, where I live, has one of the toughest lemon laws out there. Dealer required at time of sale to go over the "lemon law" and provide documentation of same. The law provides coverage for new motor vehicles which demonstrate a problem / defect and have been submitted to an authorized repair facility for repair or diagnosis of that problem at least one time within the first twelve
(12) months or 12,000 miles from delivery, whichever occurred first. If not satisfactorily resolved, the manufacturer must replace or buy back your vehicle. There are documentation and related procedures to follow. The following site may be of interest.
