Re. How could be be accused of cheating? He is a driver and the “probl;em” was a touch too much fuel capacity, which has absolutely no bearing on the race. Moreover, as someone else pointed out yesterday, exactly the same thing happened to Porche recently. I think the “cheating” claim is simply some guy who didn’t like the comment Stuck made (with a huge grin as he said it), that the Porsche is a car for ladies.

You are right, Hans Stuck wouldn't have been cheating, but the team would have. Hans also should have known there was something "special" about the car when he could put extra laps on with the same tank of gas. And yes it did happen to the Dick Barbour car at Le Mans and they were relegated (booted out). The reports said .5 litres, I've heard it was definitely more. And the comment is not fair on the Porsches from Stuck. Where was he at Le Mans with the PTG BMW's? Testing, schmesting, the BMW's with their wide body work will not be competitive at Le Mans with the GT3R hitting nearly 190mph down the Mulsanne. M3's will be extremely competitive on tight tracks though, like sears point where their old E36 m3 beat the GT3R last year.
