I'm not doubting what you say - but they told me a completely different story yesterday. Typical car dealer nonsense. The "$ above retail going to charity" doesn't make any sense to me. I bought my E36 M3 from them, also, but I only recognize a couple of familiar faces there in the parts department and in the shop - everyone else I dealt with is long gone.

I'm not in a hurry to get an E46 M3 - I'm going to wait for the 2002 model in case there are any bugs to work out as has been the case with most new models, besides, I still enjoy the car I've got.
