I was told by a few dealers that the M3 won't be available for eurodelivery because they're made in the spartansburg plant in the us. The same goes for M5 and the X5.

According the the post below by Nick, Euro Delivery vehicles are not taken out of the dealer's allocation. This is contrary to what I previously believed about there cars - that they came out of the dealer's allocation, and you would have to be on the general wait list for them just as with any other regular-delivery customer. If it is in fact the case that Euro Delivery vehicles don't come out of the general allocation, will there be a separate allocation per dealer for Euro delivery M3's? I don't see how BMW could control the distribution and make accurate estimates of how many cars to produce, etc. if a separate allocation was not specified. Regardless, should I call my salesperson right now and tell him to put me on the Euro list instead of the normal one? Thanks in advance for clearing up any misconceptions.
