I think the CL55 may be the BIG, VERY EXPENSIVE M-B, maybe 100k. Heavier, slower, more luxurious.

COMPARED TO THE M3, the CLK55 AMG is/has: About same weight in larger car. Much more displacement and torque. Apparently somewhat quicker despite automatic only.

More expensive $67,500.

Replacement for CLK55 already announced although not yet for sale here.
