Like the original poster implied, I am a member of BMWCCA and have met over the years *a lot* of M3 owners and enthusists. Unlike this board, I know who they are by their real names and can tell you they are much more representive of a typical M buyer. Overall concensus is that the two new colors are not well liked.

And as a side note, other people I know who are car nuts, maybe just not BMW fans, have also given a thumbs down when I showd them a picture of the blue.
