You are #25 at Jessel? My dealer at Vancouver Auto (on Burrard) won't tell me what spot I have right now - neither did I insist him to tell me. But he just estimated that I will get it earliest of Decemember to as last as March/April (or even later). I was kinda surprised by this since I only put down a deposit in June - 2 - 3 weeks before the M night here. When did you put your deposit down, Grinch? Also, did you put down a non-refundable deposit yet?

Yeah. I heard that Vancouver Auto didn't have a big list. Not surprising, since they're known as the most arrogant (and that's saying a lot) BMW dealer in town.

Got the prissy attitude from them once, and made-up stories the second time, so I won't go back.

Jessel's backed up not only because they are easiest to deal with in the LM, but they also have a number of racers who are now required to go through a dealer to get their cars (apparently).

I wonder about a Victoria dealer...It would be relatively easy to shoot across on the ferry and pick one up. Or Kelowna.

Still, if you want to be treated decently, Jessel's my best experience in Vancouver. My wife got her 323i last August, and we've had good pre-sale, and good post-sale follow-up from a guy named Francis Poon. Works his ass off for his clients.

PS: No, I don't work there. Just a happy customer.
