Silly threads (IMO)
1. Car X is better than the M3
2. The M3 is better than Car X
3. The M3 is delayed (actually if you compare how long it took BMW to get the M3 out after the inital E30 and E36s came out the E46 is early).
4. Cross drilled rotors or no? (You think if the US lawyers won't allow floating rotors they are going to allow cross drilled? no way, don't expect them)
5. Which steering wheel?
6. What rims?
7. DVD vs CD Nav system
8. SMG or no SMG (repeated thread, find the answers in the archives)
9. why is the US getting screwed again (343 vs 330)? (hint: the answer is the US figures are PRELIMINARY)
10. why can't we get chrome shadow? or i hate these color
11. i want a sedan
12. when is the convertible coming out?
and for the truly non observant...13. when is the M3 coming out?
and the corralary...14. can i get one at MSRP now (or before the end of the year even though I am not on a list)?
15. why no 3.4L? what the hell is the difference? 340 hp is 340 hp is 340 hp, who cares what the displacement is?
need i go on? until the final specs are released, it's all specualtion (and some people that say "my dealer said..." are being believed more than the people that actually know people in the know)....sheesh!

Your use of AOL for internet access is more amusing than anything you said. This is a message board isn't it? If you want to bitch about something no one cares about, go bitch to your mamma...otherwise post something useful. And if you knew anything, you'd know there are production cars in the U.S. with cross-drilled rotors. This is not a legal issue.
