Your #4 below demonstrates your lack of car knowledge by not understanding the difference between floating rotors and cross-drilled rotors and you lack of product liability knowledge. Cross-drilled rotors would not increase product liability like floating rotors might. That you don't understand what you are posting about dramatically weakens your entire post.

Yes I do know what I am talking about. Cross drilled rotors are more of a product liability than floating rotors would be. Cross drilled rotors will fracture around the holes (if the holes are cast they are less likely to fracture) and be more dangerous than floating rotors ever would be.
